The A.D. Macbeth was built in 1897 as a barge named Polynesia. She was rebuilt as a powered steamship in 1908 and was renamed in 1923 to A.D. Macbeth. She sailed with Hutchinson Managed fleets throughout most of her self powered career, ending with Pioneer Steamship Company in 1941 when she was scrapped. This vintage 8x10 print is in decent shape but not perfect. there are a couple of scratches on the print, the matting is showing its age and is faded and bent in areas. But overall for a pre WWII matted print, its in good shape for having been out of a frame for quite some time.
